OUR RETURN POLICY
Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by Buyer;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Please contact us within 7 days if you would like to return a purchase
- Be returned within 10 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Brava Outlet reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Malaysia, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Brava Enterprise does not ship orders to post office boxes.
All Price include shipping cost.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
Orders placed before 11:00PM Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the Next-day, After Thursday 11:00PM will be delivered on Monday.Weekend / Public Holidays delivery service is not available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

If you selected order direct bank-in, once you’ve obtained an order number, please send us confirmation of payment (bank receipt) to bravaoutlet.com so we can send out your order as soon as possible.
Please bank in the correct amount.
